A keeper takes the rail above the bear yard to talk through what you're watching — how the bears are fed, what goes into keeping an 800-pound animal mentally occupied, and what the shoulder hump, the claws, and the nose are each built to do. Talks usually coincide with a feed or an enrichment drop, so there's something happening below while the keeper explains it.
Expect about fifteen minutes, with time for questions at the end. These are the people who work with these bears every day, so ask them anything.
